Not sure which thread to post this pic to, as you can see, I found all sorts of mushrooms. This photo was taken from the other end of the table as the bolete pic. I did find a lot more chants, but most of them were really buggy. These are my first black trumpets in a couple of years, pretty excited that I finally found a spot relatively close to home. They are, from the top: lactarius indigo a couple chanterelle species hedgehogs hericium coralloides black trumpets lobsters Attachments:

Was out in the rain this morning and found a very nice patch of tiny trumpets. Found a couple full grown but they were buggy. Gonna have to pick these very small before the bugs get them. Will post some pics when I go back tomorrow.

Picked my first Trumpets this last weekend. I found 2 small patches while looking for Hens. (Success with them also) Somwhow, I knew I had seem Trumpets in my past, before I started hunting mushrooms other than morels. Just couldn't seem to find them when I started trying though! Also came across a little ravine with hundreds of little chants just starting to pop up! Picked what I could. And will return next year.
