I know I'm pretty new at this, but hedgehogs and black trumpets in weather that you will sustain hypothermia and frost bite?

It's hard not to associate black trumpets with being attacked by hoards of mosquitos while sweating buckets. I imagine he ate the hedgehog raw? Not surprising he'd find it disgusting then.
