I just thought I'd at least mention this. It is super easy to make and works with Morels or Oysters.
Just get yourself one of them dough mixes from the store. I actually really liked a gluten-free type my friend had a while back (as she has a gluten allergy). Follow the directions on the box. I like to fry the mushrooms so they are about half way done. Next put on a good pizza sauce, add cheese and lots of it cuz you are in Wisconsin, and then the mushrooms and what ever else you want for toppings if you feel like it.
It is hard to go wrong. From all the mushrooms I have tried on pizza, I think oysters turn out the best as they are a little more fleshy, but morels have that unique flavor.
