Here's a favorite I did this winter.. Grind some dried Morels in a coffee bean grinder into a powder.. Add sea salt, Rub on a Filet or Tenderloin Roast; brown in butter and finish in broiler.. Walla... YUMMM... May also work on fish?? Let me know!
