I don't see a point. They should get with the times. It's not even a BB, but more like a guestbook/blog. Pathetic.

From the looks of it, the troll would still be able to use somebody's identity. Although, now they are saying that the IP address will be logged. What good does that do? I can't imagine then reporting someone to the "authorities" because they posted as someone else on a forum that allows for it and doesn't require and account.

I stopped by the old board today. There are some people over there that are wondering why there is so little activity on that board. I tried to post some info for them that would help to get them over here, but I didn't realize that my first post would be moderated and that all subsequent posts would be immediate. Had I known that, I would have made a dummy post first and posted the actual info later.

Anyway, If anyone can make a post over there, this is what I was going to originally say:

You aren’t seeing many post on here because most of people moved over to a new forum. I can’t post it here because the moderator will remove my post. All I am going to say is that if you search "Defo Dan" on google, it might show up.

dang, it's already been taken off. Why don't you try telling them on the board to send you an email then just chat in private?

I could, but I don't know how I feel about just posting my email out there. I could make a dummy account, but I would be willing to bet that the moderator would be able to figure it out pretty easily.

Not to worry- some of us found our way over here, the rest should be able to do the same. I found it during the winter just by googling a couple of the main characters now found here that went missing- I knew they were somewhere. The bed-wetters are out in full force over there, hopefully a few of them get lost in the woods... LBM's out in full force in my backyard, good things can't be far behind!
