Are there any posionous milkcaps or milkcap lookalikes that are poisonous?

In general, I think of the "milkcaps" as anything in the genus Lactarius. Lactarius is a huge genus with lots of species. Some are poisonous and many are of unknown edibility. They can also be easily confused with the genus Russula which also contains some toxic species.
