Recently found some white truffles, some call them pig snouts! Wondering a good recipe with venison or just a plain recipe to eat them. First time I've tried them! Any advice is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks

I only know pig snouts as aborted entoloma. Is this what you have? If it is, we like them battered and fried. Taste similar to shrimp. Make a thin batter using complete pancake mix and beer. Deep fry and serve with cocktail sauce. Pretty simple. Just make sure you have a positive identification.
