Nice find. They look prime. Going out after work today to look for oysters, hens, puffballs and aborted entolomas during the hour or two of daylight left. It's been since Labor day since I harvested any wild shrooms so I'm itching to get out after all this rain in se wi.

Found about a lb or 2 of fresh oysters on a stump in any open grassy area while riding my bike to work this morning. Very surprised they hadn't dried up since there were no trees or anything to shade them throughout the day. 0 bugs was also a bonus.
