I have been hearing of interest to maybe do one/some spring get together(s). Anyone else up for this. I think if we do this we should aim for mid-month/later in the month time wise. Any input?

I would be down for this. I was already thinking that it would be cool to set up a foray at a state park or something. Im around the madison area, but I have a car, so I can drive other places too..... Im not sure where the concentration of folk on this message board are, but maybe we could do a mid point between madtown and stevens point...

Most people seem to be in the madison area from the bored. I am in both Stevens Point and SE WI, but am willing to drive a bit.

I think the Portage area would be a fair place to meet then. Any ideas of places to go around there? Devils Lake? Swan Lake? French Creek? Rowan Creek? Hinkson Creek? Mud Lake? Rocky Run Creek? The list goes on... Would Sunday April 15th work for anyone?

I got called a racial slur and had to leave a bar last time I was in Portage, so Devil's Lake or Rowan Creek get my vote. +1 for April 15.

PAYNE! That bites about Portage but sadly it seems Portage has more than it's share of people living in a different century mentally. Oh well. Of course I can make it so anyone in Madison that needs a ride or wants to car pool let me know.
