ARGH! Lucky Man! Now just when and in what kind of environment did you find those mushrooms? I've been searching high and low for the past couple year and I have yet to find a wine cap. Seriously, give me as much info as possible because I really REALLY want to find those this year!!!

I found a handful of them growing in my backyard last summer. They were apparently living on some young silver maple stumps. I had cut down a small stand of them that had been growing where we didn't want them. I kept watching for them there this summer, but so far nothing. Here's the next shroom, another one i found last year in a park in Eau Claire: Attachments:
